Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah .... good and fresh mozzarella bell accompanied by excellent tomato still warm from the sun on the bank bought the market from the gentleman who makes them get to me direct from his field.
to make the Capri?
1 2 tomatoes mozzarella
a bit 'of salt
a little' extra virgin olive oil and you
... want some basil leaves
and if you want a sprinkle of oregano
.... and if you want .... a bit 'of chives? and if you want you can 'do with buffalo mozzarella ;-)
cut the mozzarella in slices and place on platter, alternating slices of mozzarella to those of tomato, pour the extra virgin olive e.. .. enjoy.
