Melt 20 g butter in a saucepan adding 200 g Arborio rice .
Sprinkle with a little 'vegetable stock and pour 100 grams of strawberries .
add more broth to keep the rice always soft.
half cooked, pour other 100 grams of strawberries and a couple of minutes before the rice is cooked, 20 g butter and 3 tablespoons of Calvados.
Serve with shaved Parmesan and chopped strawberries in small bowls or plates colored .... orange and violet are beautiful colors to match the red strawberries
