ingredients:
- oranges
- lemon sugar
- meat extract
- dry white wine orange liqueur
- salt and pepper
Cut with a sharp knife to peel the 3 oranges and 2 lemons and let them blanch.
Place sugar in saucepan with half a glass of wine and boil, stirring.
Once brown, pour the juice of citrus fruits and bolire do for a few minutes.
Add the meat extract, slices of orange and lemon and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Now add a glass of orange liqueur, and salt and pepper to taste.
Excellent service hot on slices of roast turkey (also good on grilled turkey ...) or goose in the oven .
